Mythle Arena ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Onur Şendur. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected or processed when you use Mythle Arena, how that information is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
By using Mythle Arena, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Mythle Arena uses anonymous Firebase Authentication. This allows a technical user identifier to be created without requiring you to provide an email address or password.
If Sign in with Apple becomes available and you choose to use it, your anonymous account may be linked to your Apple authentication credential so that supported cloud progress can be restored after reinstalling the app or moving to another compatible device.
Mythle Arena does not request or store your Apple password or raw Apple authentication credentials.

Anonymous cloud data alone may not be recoverable after reinstalling the app or moving to another device. If Sign in with Apple is enabled and you choose to link your profile, supported cloud data may be restored using that linked authentication method.
Mythle Arena uses Google Cloud Firestore to store and synchronize supported game information. Local game data remains the primary gameplay save, and the app is designed to continue working when a network connection is unavailable.

You may optionally provide an email address when submitting general feedback or a bug report. An email address is required when submitting a direct support request so that we can respond to you. The email address is stored only with the related support or feedback submission in Cloud Firestore and is used only to communicate about that request. It is not used for marketing and is not sent to Firebase Analytics.

Cloud progress and profile information may remain stored while the associated Firebase account exists.
Feedback and support submissions may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to the request and maintain service records.
Some information may be retained longer where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational needs.
Where cloud account functionality is available, Mythle Arena provides an in-app option to delete the cloud account.
Deleting a cloud account may permanently remove the associated Firebase cloud profile and cloud-saved progress.
Deleting the cloud account does not automatically delete the game progress stored locally on the current device unless a separate local reset function is used.
After deletion, the app may create a new anonymous Firebase identity if cloud functionality is used again.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Cloud Save access is associated with the authenticated Firebase user identity, and Firestore access rules are used to restrict access to supported user data.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Mythle Arena, our service providers, legal requirements, or operational practices.
